Secondly, we ship orders via Australia Post Express service which is exactly why over 75 percent of our clients receive their packages by the next business day. Order and Delivery

Once you place your order with, here’s how we operate from then onwards,

  1. We shall send you a confirmation email, confirming that your order has been received by and is ready to be dispatched.
  2. Once your order is ready and dispatched from the warehouse, you shall get a second email confirming that your order has been shipped and is on its way.
  3. We ensure that the products you order are packaged the right way in a discreet-manner to ensure they are delivered in proper condition without any damages.
  4. Please note; products that are ordered before 2:15 pm Australian time are delivered via the fastest method.
  5. Products by are sent by Australia post.  As we send all our parcels Express post we are able to deliver approximately 75 percent of our customers their orders by next business day.However, some deliveries have a maximum time limit of 4 business days. Additional time may be required to reach remote regional areas within Australia.
  6. For speedy order delivery, we advise our customers to provide us with an accurate and physical street address instead of a P.O. Box address.
  7. At, we provide our customers with order shipment tracking service. You can easily track your order shipment status to see how far it is and when can you expect to receive it. To view shipment status, simply log on to Whattsupps “Locker Room” (members area) and then check your order delivery status online. This section includes all the shipping information including but not limited to consignment notes, so that it is easy and simple for customers to check their order status. Please note, this service is free of cost, so don’t be hesitant to use it anytime you want.
  8. At, your security is our top priority. To avoid fraud and mishaps, once the delivery is made on any order $300 or over the recipient is requested to sign on the delivery receipt. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with a physical address so that there is someone available to sign for the goods being delivered. In case, if there is no one available at your address to receive the order, then a card shall be left at that premises advising you to collect the package from the nearest Courier/Australian Post-Depot. 
  9. All purchased products which get dispatched out with Australia Post are not insured in any value. Therefore is the customers responsibility to request insurance to be applied on the value of the satchel before being shipped out from
  10. If you want us to leave your delivery at your desired destination without signature, then please mention it in your order comments. We shall do as requested. Please note, that this option is only offered for small-order values.
  11. However in any case that your delivery goes missing or gets stolen, we shall not be responsible for it under any circumstance
